Elemi
I love the gentle, meditative quality of Elemi. It’s good added to any kind of de-stress or meditation blend. I especially love it with Ylang-ylang and Lavender with a hint of Osmanthus. It brings everything together soft and smooth. It takes away all the rough edges in a blend. In the Philippines where Elemi is native, its used as kind of a heal all, especially for various skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and various skin related fungal infections. It seems to rejuvenate the skin. It’s also useful for many kinds of bronchial problems such as dry coughs and excess mucous without being too forceful. It calms everything right down gently to help soothe and rejuvenate. It’s really a lovely oil.
