We do not offer cash refunds ever. Exchanges or store credit may be given on un-opened and un-used merchandise with a valid receipt of proof of payment within 30 days of purchase in store only. We’re happy to help you decide what’s right for you before you make your purchase. Most all our nebulizers and vibes come with warranties against manufacturer defects. If your nebulizer or vibe stops working within it’s warranty period, we’ll gladly send you a new one once we receive the broken one. Please make sure your product really is NOT working before sending it back. If item is returned and found to be properly functioning, you will not receive a replacement. All malfunctioning nebulizers and vibrators that are within their warranty period may be exchanged for a working version of the same, as long as it is returned with the original packaging and the receipt.
