Back in stock to our pharmacopoeia, we proudly offer the highly esteemed & valuable African Baobab (Adansonia) cold pressed oil. The Baobab tree is considered the largest succulent plant in the world and can live up to 2,000 years! Called the Tree of Life for its almost mythical powers, it provides food, water, shelter and traditional medicine for many remote parts of Africa and Madagascar. The oil is produced from the fruit seeds which are air dried in the hot sun then expeller pressed, filtered and bottled. The oil has outstanding skin and hair softening properties that are rich in Vitamins A-B-C and Omegas 3-6-9. The oil is non-comedogenic, anti-inflammative, regenerating and extremely stable against oxidizaition.
