Rosewood is reputedly good for respiratory ailments, vaginal candida, skin care, and stress related depression. In perfumery, it acts as a soft “bridge” between oils. This Rosewood branch oil is certified organic from ethical and sustainable sources. Lovely!

Rosewood : (Aniba roseodora)~branch Origin: Peru – ethical harvest ; c/org. Method: Steam distilled Properties: Antiseptic; antibacterial ; antifungal; tonic ;aphrodisiac; sedative. Primary Constituents: Monoterpenes (limonene, a-pinene, myrcene) Alcohols (linalool,geraniol) Aldehydes (geranial, neral) Oxides (linalool oxide, I,8 cineol). Blends well with Lavender, Geranium, Coriander, Rose & Patchouli.
