Lemon Myrtle Culinary Delight


More lemon-y than lemon. Lemon Myrtle is a common ingredient in many Australian “bush whack” recipes. It is delicious in both sweet or savoury dishes. Try it in creme pies, muffins, marinades and dressings. Especially delicious in cream sauces with poultry or fish. Nice added to whipped cream (try tofu whip cream with silken tofu for a refreshing change) and serve over bundt cake with fresh fruit. Use sparingly. A drop goes a long way!
