Ginger Co2
HOT! HOT! HOT! Did I say this Ginger Co2 was HOT? This Ginger is a Co2 total extract and is very HOT! The total extract contains all the gingeroles and shogaloles that make Ginger hot and are not normally present in traditional steam distilled Ginger. I use a toothpick amount infused in honey then I use a bit of that honey to cup for a digestive tea with some lemon. Or just a drop or 2 for a warming and restorative oil blend along with Cardamom. Use caution and a slight hand. Lovely stuff! If you want a less hot Ginger that’s still absolutely lovely with good therapeutic properties, try our Fresh Ginger essential oil.
