Africa Method: Steam distilled flowers Properties: Stress relieving; anti anxiety; anti depressive; heart opening; anti inflammatory; euphoric. Primary constituents: Alcohols, sesquiterpenes and rare monoterpene esters. Blends well with Rose, Neroli, Mandarin Petitgrain and Lemon Verbena. Ready to use 10% dilution in organic MCT. Apply a small amount to wrists, heart area, around the neck or bottom of the feet when needed. Pure Cape Chamomile available here.
