Simple DIY Magnesium Oil: ¼ - ½ c. Magnesium Flakes to ½ c. purified water. Bring water to boil, remove from heat, thoroughly dissolve your Magnesium Flakes in boiled water. Allow mixture to cool, then transfer to clean sterilized bottles. Makes about 120 mls.Your “Magnesium Oil” may be used as a daily spray on arms, legs & stomach. Use about 8-10 sprays per day. You may experience a slight tingling sensation at first which will subside after 15-20 min. Avoid broken or irritated skin. Keep out of eyes. Try adding nourishing oils such as Jojoba, Camellia, Cranberry SeedMarula or Fractionated Coconut oil, along with a few drops of essential oils, such as Frankincense, Rose, Geranium and Lavender to your Magnesium. This will make a luxurious body spray that helps with reducing the "tingle" and may be used as a daily body moisturizer as well.

Your “Magnesium Oil” can be used as a volumizing “sea spray” for hair too, for that just tossed in the beach look!
